We want you to be happy with your Aamine Apparel purchase.
 
Change of Mind
Please choose your size and design carefully. We are not required to provide a refund for a change of mind. However, where possible, we may offer an exchange for an unworn item returned in its original condition.
 
Please contact us before returning any product.
 
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate.
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, you are entitled to the remedies provided by New Zealand law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Act.
 
Return Condition
Unless an item is faulty, returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.
 
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method.
